E-Learning Challenge # 94: “Video interviews are a fantastic way to simulate interactive conversations between learners and subject matter experts (SMEs).”
My presentation is on the topic of Sexual Harassment. The learner will view a video scenario, then “interview” the employees shown in the scenario, to determine whether or not the scenario demonstrates an example of sexual harassment. The learner is not interviewing SMEs on sexual harassment; rather, they are asking questions of the employees involved to gain some insight into their mindsets during their interaction.
After the simulated interview, the learner makes a decision as to whether the scenario showed an example of sexual harassment.
